To be very frank, it was very bad I experienced with any other travels ever. 1st and foremost thing is the timing as per the scheduled. The bus was supposed to be reached at velankanni Bus terminal 8.20 PM since they are not yet arrived as per the scheduled time and I called back the customer care and immediately they told us this bus will not come to the boarding point as mentioned in the Ticket and it was changed to some other location . The bad thing is it was not even informed and not made any other arrangement in the proper way to catch the bus and we all were waited for almost 2 hrs on the road platform. It was really horrible. And finally the bus was supposed to reached till Trivandrum but they stopped at Marthandom and changed us to some other bus and informed the bus will be going some other place . Totally it was really a very bad experience .

Reached boarding point and staff at office was rude and my booking was though Redbus. Directed me to go to 'Ground' where bus will be there as police is not allowing bus to boarding point. He was not willing to share how to reach the ground to board bus (later another driver there helped me). Was stranded at the ground for 1hour and bust didn't turn up. Tried reaching Universal number and each time I got message 'I don't know, I am an agent etc.'. Later one driver of universal said that I have to travel 3kms to reach a new boarding point (No one update me about this and I was lucky to reach to this driver who was helpful to give some info). Had to wait another 1.5rs for bus to come! and had conflict as my seat where give for another family. Later agreed my booking is correct. Very bad experience! Universal staff just tell lies and are not courteous to customer! They don't know what customer care is about.
