The bus starting was suppose to be at trivandrum. But they made us to board another bus without providing proper seats to go upto nagerkoil. only from nagerkoil original bus starts. If this was known to us, we would have avoided the bus
This is the second time i experienced something very bad with universal travels..after my first experience i avoided booking in that travels.. Yesterday I didn't have any other option but to book it.. The expected departure was 5 30pm..but we waited around 6 15pm..someone told as that bus returning to trivandrum had unexpected problems..so they shifted us to another bus.. From then we went through an ordeal..we were shunted upto trichy.. Then another bus came to pick us..it ran out of diesel..again we have to wait for around 1hr.. It was a very painful experience.. I ll never book in universal travel again..
