It was an horrible experience travelling from Trivandrum to Velamkanni in Universal tours volvo bus..One doubts whether it was an volvo, such was the noice.. Air conditioner gave warm air,and mobile charging unit was only an interior decoration.. I wonder how this kind of bus operates with the permission of concerned department.. I hope redbus won't include this kind of pathetic vehicle under their booking platform... Bus reached two and half hours late at Velamkanni. All in all it was an experience that me and my family would like to forget.
