Trip started at 1900 hrs instead of 1730 hrs. Volvo A/C Multi Axle Sleeper was provided only inbetween Nagarkoil and Madurai. Journey was unforgiving as we had to shift bus two times. Ticket charge need to be reimbursed as only two semi sleeper seats were allotted for three sleeper class tickets for 02 hrs which was later changed to one sleeper berth and two semi sleeper seats for half the journey. The amount which is to be reimbursed be used for the welfare of staff.
