While booking the ticket, it showed the bus model as Mercedes. Instead of Volvo services that cost Rs350, I booked on the Mercedes vehicle as the travel would be better. However, it was a Volvo bus that was used for the journey and not a Mercedes as stated while booking. I had paid Rs650 for the ticket believing it to be a Mercedes and therefore a better travel experience. This is equal to daylight robbery! Aniyathiye kaanichu chechiye kettikkuka ennu kettitte ulloo! Atrocious!
Worst service yet. Ran it like a parallel tempo service, stopping at each stop and inviting strangers in.
