Extremely rude driver, he literally asked us to Get Out of the bus. Highly disappointing experience in oyr first visit to a new city.
The Bus amenities were okay. The con was its punctuality that caused me to reach Cochin by 10:30PM at night when it wasnt really feasible to travel to Cochin Airport(The estimated arrival time was 9:30pm). When I inquired regarding the bus's route whether it will go by somewhere close to the airport I was informed that I should get down at Vytilla as Cochin ends there!!! For a drop till Athani(inside Cochin city limits) I should have booked a ticket till Trissur!!! The staff charged me an extra 100 bucks for allowing me to stay on the bus till Athani Junction(5kms from Kochi Airport). Redbus should have an option of selecting drop points along with the preexisting option of pickup points, so that nobody else goes through this kind of crappy experience at odd hours!!!
