It was scheduled at 11.15 pm but bus came at 1 am that too non a/c, the driver told that he will drop at Trichy from there I need to change an another bus to madurai. actually the travel time from thanjavur to madurai mentioned as 2 hrs whereas it took almost 5.30 hrs. When I contacted the agent through the no mentioned in the ticket he was not at all answering properly moreover he as hesitated to attend the call and after some time that fellow switched off his mobile. It was totally bitter experience for me to choose that travel and I should have not opted that bus.
