Journey was good but it was 2hours late to reach my destination (Pune to Mangalore).Bus operators should mentian the timings otherwise it will affect us.
Overall ride was nice, but the bus conductor asked additional Rs.10- for luggage. Please clarify if any luggage charges apart from ticket fare. The staff behaviour also not good, they talk rudely.
