The timing- Punctuality- the bus arrival time was 10:30PM,and bus reached to expected place at 12:20 AM It was pathetic to be with VRL, I could get Govt bus. Because of this, My next journey plan got ruined. You guys have to do something.
It was worst ride , it happens second time when I booked ticket with redbus No driver or bus number was provided by red bus Bus timing was 12:30 from jhangir hospital , later we came to By driver that bus will be not coming to stop I have to move at Shivaji nagar with wife and luggage. Then to bus came at 2:30 night so it was very bad experiences with red bus booking I will never book ticket with red bus in future
