I will never ever in my life will choose to travel with this travel. Very bad experiences. Pickup point changed at last moment, without any intimation or notification. Then when we reached at the new pick up point well before in time, got to know that bus had already left that point. Finally after so much mess when we get into the bus, there were fighting going on between the passengers and the bus employees...and we were not even assisted to get to our seats. The so called AC sleeper bus was more than dirty to even spend an hour. But we had somehow managed by spreading our jackets over the seats. And we reached almost 3 hours late. If this is the case I am really worried to even book a ticket through redbus.in again ??????
