    Dear sir, i wanted the ticket booked on 24 th june and placed an order also,but it took the date as 23 june without my awareness, as i was busy i dint check the ticket when i to office on 24 th june as my schedule .the office manager behaved rudely and told that he kept calling me on my no was a big lie.i feel cheated and when asked refund or atleast a discount he refused to give due to which i had to take a new boarding ticket which costed me 1100,so i request and expect money refund . thanks
