Whilst the standard of the bus was good, however it reached Pune almost 1.5 hrs late! Instead of scheduled time of 8 pm it reached Pune at around 9.30 pm. The contact no of the bus conductor was provided however the conductor wasn't picking up the phone despite repeated efforts. There are no washroom facility at the Katraj, Pune site and imagine the state of passengers who boarded from Mumbai at around 5 pm and could not visit washroom till 10 pm (whilst the bus stopped for dinner break). Few ladies in the bus had a terrible time since there were no wash room facilities enroute from Mumbai, at Pune and till the dinner break! Response of the staff in the bus as well as at Katraj Pune office was unexpectedly rude! A horrifying experience, to say the least. Would'nt recommend SRS Travels to any of my colleagues/relatives.
bus was bad, engine noise used to come inside cabin
