We were to start our journey at 2.30 pm. The bus was 40 minutes late to departure time. He drove well and covered a great deal of distance very fast. But the main shock came when at 12.30 in the night we were dropped on the highway and the bus did not go to their office where we to reach actually. 2 things : 1. You could've given a message for delay start. 2. You should've told us before hand that dropping point would NOT be inside the city.
Enroute Baroda to Nathdwara and vise versa, I felt very bad experience. After leaving Baroda & Ahmedabad as well as Afer leaving Nathdwara , Driver and his staff used to take extra passengers though all the seats are fulled and earn the extra pocket money for them. by that, Actual passengers who books their ticket already are suffered a lot and feel insecurity by extra passengers who are seated in walking lane in bus unofficially. and for that, Buses are delayed due to those unofficial passengers and frequently make stoppage by every 5 minutes. It is really a bad thing and seems bad management. It must be restricted to give extraordinary service to real passengers who books their tickets earlier. I really fed up with bus drivers and staff.
