very bad experience i have of this journey.i have to wait 3 hours to board the bus as the bus was late.
I really appreciate the type of work being done by the REDBUS team but you guys should take care that the travels operators also works in the same way. My bus departure time was 2:00 AM from borivali and I reached there at 1:30 AM and called on the number I got in the message from your team but no one was picking the call. I asked some people there that when does this bus usually come they told me it comes around 2:30, so I waited till 2:30, still no call from the team. I tried to call them at least 20 times but there was no response. Then I got a call at 3:00 AM that bus will be there in 10 minutes but it came at 3:30 AM. Now you can understand my state of mind at that time. This is really not done guys. You guys should give some information regarding bus tracking. I was waiting all alone there.
