I book the ticket from mumbai to modasa & it was bus service responsibility to drop me to my destination Modasa at 5 am but instead bus service is so unresponsibile & careless they request me to get down to some unknown place were they suggested me to take some ST bus for modasa (as i was only passenger for modasa) which was 50 km from Modasa & also bus was 2 hrs late still. So I request all the future passengers who going to modasa should never book the ticket from falcon mumbai to modasa route bus. Suggestions for redbus dont involve such bus in their list since its not good for redbus reputation. Regards, Henry patel
