I was supposed to reach by 5am but I reached by 10am.
My original boarding point was from Hans Travels Office in Bhendi Bazaar. I live in Colaba so keeping that point in mind I picked the boarding point. Few hours before schedule departure, I got a call and SMS regarding change in Bus Schedule and Boarding point and I was told to come at Sion Circle at 8 PM. My original seat number was '9' which was changed to '36'. There was no WiFi and water bottle availability which are the trademark of Hans Travels. So please improve your services.
