Needs improvement regarding seats and comfort during travelling
Bad experience. I have booked a bus for 2045hrs. The bus travel was changed to LAXMI travels. There was no intimation from redbus. Adding to that the LAxmi travels were informing that the bus will reach Vashi at 2000hrs please be there early. After attending the daily routine it was very difficult to reach at 2000hrs. We also informed him we will take the bus at JUinagar now. I clearly mentioned I cant reach before 2030hrs. Adding to this when we reached at 2015, the travels reach Juinagar at 2100hrs.
