Good service. Excellent bus. Was late at pick up spot in Mulund West n just too much time spent at kalwa stop
I received a call from the bus agency saying the bus has been preponed from 8:30 to 7 pm. I was supposed to board the bus from Chembur but the driver started calling me when before he had reached Sion to check if I had reached. I reached the pickup point at 6:45 pm but the bus only came just minutes before 8. Horrible experience in terms of timing. Bus quality was good
