We had an extremely bitter experience on August 8, 2016 from mangalore to hyderabad in Orange Travels Sleeper Coach. we were 3 people travelling with 3 months baby. First of all our lugguage was not placed in the boot. Orange travels was transporting something else in the lugguage boot, so all the passengers had to keep their lugguage in their respective seats or underneath them. We boarded the bus at 3.30pm and requested to stop the bus for toilet break for my daughter and wife. I was left out at a rest stop by the drivers and they argued rudely that it was my mistake. I informed them while getting down and they simply say it was my mistake. Moreover after the argument the drivers wantedly did not stop the bus till 9.00pm even for the toilet break. These people are not humans and do not have minimum respect for women. Being 57 years old, I had to walk one kilometer again to catch the bus. How Rude!!!! The drivers and the helper in the bus are very careless people. They stopped the bus near udipi for nearly 20 minutes for on spot passengers and were busy collecting money. Every now and then the staff were stopping the bus and collecting money. The bus was very fastly moving more than 80Kmph and probably 100Kmph. During midnight, there was some small accident and the driver drove away recklessly. Some outsiders threw stones on the bus also. The bus was very dirty..... dirty curtains, uncleaned seats and the bus condition was very bad, there was loud noise continously from the engine and outside, the windows were not sealed properly and so we could hear outside noises, Due to this loud sound and continous thuds my 3 month old grandson was scared and not at all sleeping and was crying all the time.... We never expected this from Orange Travels. First teach your staff some decency and tell them to respect the passengers. Improve your mangalore to hyderabad bus route. Most important Drive safely.... more than 900 kilometers in less than 12 hours is not a joke.... Do not play with the lives of innocent passengers. Orange has a brand name which is spoiled by some staff. Probably this is the worst bus of Orange Travels.
The Hyderabad - Mangalore Route is just too long. There has to be another alternative.

Known as the 'City of Nawabs', Hyderabad is the 500 year old capital city of Andhra Pradesh. The region is particularly known for its richness in culture and tradition and has recently earned the title of one of the fastest growing IT hubs of India, which is also why sometimes the city is referred to as 'Cyberabad'. The city was originally named Bhagyanagar, after the Sultan’s wife, Bhagamathi. Hyderabad is located on the Deccan Plateau which explains why most of its land is rocky in nature. A few places tourists must visit if in the city are Lumbini Park, Ramoji Film City, NTR Garden, Osman Sagar Lake and Mecca Masjid.
