Bus was late by 2 hours, it's very worst,
Instead of 10:30 PM which was the scheduled time, bus came at 1:45 AM next day. Passengers were not even informed about the arrival and when we inquired, driver said bus will reach madurai by 11:15 PM at 10:30 PM. The worst part is when the bus came , i was denied seat and was asked to travel with a fellow female passenger in berth. After i boarded the bus, i was told that i should be shifting to another bus at 4:30 AM. It was a pathetic experience and i would never recommend redbus booking app / Universal travels for their action. Hope this comment is made visible to others while booking.
