Wonderful service, past from 4 years I book tickets in redbus.
At the return journey like onward journey certain negative features were observed . The bus was taken from Metropol , Rly Stn to Suburb busstand and the conductor announced "Last Stop Iliri" in kannada. Many passengers were surprised including ladies not knowing what to do . My next passenger said he had booked only confirming that he will be dropped at Kuvempunagar. At last all algihted and took the driver to task asking how they can do it. You see not one person- a dozen had heard it correctly as LAST STOP. But the driver quickly changed plate and said what was told " Bus Stop " and not last stop !!!! My co passenger told now a days their service is becoming like this and he regretted for that. i too felt bad. Whether such a reputed Company should be like that ??? We dont know. It is left to them to improve.
