Very very bad Cleaning / Blanket / water leakage while raining / staff behavior also bad.
Pathetic service from diwkar travels. I had booked ac sleeper class. Ac was not working, mobile charging points and reading lights were not working, the bed and pillows provided were found dirty and not maintained properly. Overall of the above the bus halted near andra Karnataka border and paaengers were informed to get down and asked to travel in an ordinary service. The response from the staff and the management behaviour was embraccing and they were notcready in providing better quality service to the passengers. It was understood that the operator is having this as a regular issue and acting oversmart in avoinding paying the entry rax to the authrities Would suggest to all travellers not to choose the service of this bus.

The region is particularly known for its richness in culture and tradition and has recently earned the title of one of the fastest growing IT hubs of India, which is also why sometimes the city is referred to as 'Cyberabad'. The city was originally named Bhagyanagar, after the Sultan’s wife, Bhagamathi. Hyderabad is located on the Deccan Plateau which explains why most of its land is rocky in nature. A few places tourists must visit if in the city are Lumbini Park, Ramoji Film City, NTR Garden, Osman Sagar Lake and Mecca Masjid.
