First of all, the bus was stopped in a wrong place. We were made to more than 100 meters with luggage. Secondly, the number that we got from the travels as part of SMS, is of cleaner number and the person got down from the bus at LB nagar, Hyderabad. The travelling person don't have a mobile number and we could not contact the driver/cleaner as the mobile switched off by the cleaner. We faced very tough times in the morning, whether the bus reached its destination or not. Somehow, i was able to get the travels operator number and then was able trace the bus after 2 hours of tough time in the morning. Staff can serve better.
