I booked khurana's bus through redbus. It was worst journey of my life.the departure timing of bus was 5pm from Hyderabad. I was told to report at Nampally pickup point and I reported accordingly. At nampally no place was there to stop I enquired in travel office as suggested by the khurana bus person over the phone.but I got rude answer that they don't know anything. At 6 pm a boy from khurana office picked up me on scootor to reach to the boarding point Gitanjali paradise.on the way he dupm me to the vehical in which Packed boxes were being carried. Afterward I waited till 9:30pm bus along with co passengers.I couldn't even get water to drink and not shelter on head as it was started rain.it was informed by the concerned after frequent inquiry by copassanges that the bus was out of order. We inquired about the provision of refund if we cancelled the bus .it is told that we cant do any thing for online booking. There is no refund. After 9:30pm the non ac bus arrived That was up to Handed and after that we boarded in another bus. Known as the 'City of Nawabs', Hyderabad is the 500 year old capital city of Andhra Pradesh. The region is particularly known for its richness in culture and tradition and has recently earned the title of one of the fastest growing IT hubs of India, which is also why sometimes the city is referred to as 'Cyberabad'. The city was originally named Bhagyanagar, after the Sultan’s wife, Bhagamathi. Hyderabad is located on the Deccan Plateau which explains why most of its land is rocky in nature. A few places tourists must visit if in the city are Lumbini Park, Ramoji Film City, NTR Garden, Osman Sagar Lake and Mecca Masjid.
