Very bad in terms of comfort travel as it was jumping through out and could not sleep for a single minute.
Only few buses to Thrissur actually go to Shaktan Bus stand. I had picked this bus since it was going to Shaktan bus stand in Thrissur. Kallada cancelled this bus in the last minute and put me on a different one. They also informed me that this bus cannot take me until Shaktan bus stand, and instead will drop me at Mannuthy bye pass which is around 6 km away. They did not pay heed my request to take me to the bus stand. They left me and few other elderly people at the bye pass at 5 am when it was dark and raining heavily. This caused lots of inconvenience to all. This is not acceptable behaviour from Kallada Travels. When they put me on a different bus the least expected from them is to at least honour the drop point.
