I booked my ticket from Hosur but local office informed me that bus will not come to hosur and asked me to go to bangalore. From bangalore local office of madivala, pickup bus came to receive me. No proper arrangement for stopping that bus is made near madivala office. I had to cross heavy traffic road to travel to bus. While boarding that bus, staff was so rude that it didnt help me to load my heavy bag in bus due to which I am suffering with muscle stretch in my hand. When pickup bus reached Majestic stop, same rude behaviour is observed. At Majestic stop cleanliness is lacking in waiting room and I have to wait for one hour for catching my bus. I request you to stop busses at clearly mentioned local stops in mumbai as per website. It is very inconvenient to travel from some distant stop to prior destination.
