I booked my seat online and when the bus arrived it was a completely different bus than the seating chart online. Myself and others were confused and annoyed. Some later on had to cram into one sleeper seat. 5 of them and one ended up sleeping in the isle. When booking online please show a bit better which is a sleeper seat and not. And show exactly where departure and arrival locations.
