Hi I happened to travell from Ernakulam to Mumbai in Kallada on 28th May14. Bus Nos 1 from Ernakulam - Bangloore. + Bus was Punctual on time. + Driver drove the bus Excellent. - Bus was not clean full of dust inside and outside. - The Hotel & Food that the bus stopped was Pethatic. - Toilet facilities was disgusting. - The 2nd Boy I mean the baggage Helper was not at all helpfull. He just opned the luggage tray and did not have the courtise to pull the bags out. The gust has to climp inside to pull out the baggage. No body was there to look the baggages. Bus Nos 2 from Bangloore - Mumbai + Driving was Good + Bus was Clean - The bus did not stop for refrishment on correct time espacilly in morning. - Movie they put in bus was Ragani MMS II which was and adult movie and there was lot of small children in the bus.
