I have carried some luggage - nearly 80 kgs - 3 small bags - for that driver collected 2000 - i am surprising why this much luggage charges he was collecting - that too didn't given any receipt how I can submit bills in my office - my sincere advise is either travels can be book the luggage and give LR slip is better than this practice - staff are talking so many words for collecting luggage amount.
