i had my worst journey of my life, the ac bus i booked was cancelled and the bus came very late after reporting time, reporting time was 6.15 , bus came at 7.45 after travelling and hour they changed the bus, the bus to be arrived at 7 arrived at neyyatinkara checkpost by 9.40 and they they again changed bus to SRM and finally i reached trivandrum 4 hour late by 10.30, if have travelled by SETC bus i would had a better experience
The ticket booked was for Volvo from chidambaram to Trivandrum.But 1/4 the of the journey was in a non AC bus, and later the passengers were transferred to Volvo.Bad experience.
