bus started and reached the destination very late
Thanks for asking the feedback and the fact is that I have not even completed the journey. The bus is running late by around 6 hours and very thankful to you guys for wasting a valuable day. The bus operators does not even seem sorry for this. As a result of this I am not able to attend the function i came for.I am perfectly aware that you would not do much about this and this feedback will be mere formality. Paying so much for a messed up journey is not justified in any way for me and you should show the professionalism shown in putting surge prices for weekends in service and punctuality. I am not rating any thing since I don't have a 0 option. And hopefully this is my last travel with red bus. Thanks and try to improve. yowon' do anything for th . i b ssuc
