Improper staff help : he couldnt help me to board my bus actually i was 5 mins late but the bus had struck in traffic which made me to board the bus by running a 500 meters dash along with my heavy luggage. The operator was like " sir if u see the bus u board r else i cant do anything" operator really! 5 mins if u stop i would have been in the bus without any 500 mts dash thts my only bad experience. By the way the bus was so clean and the air condition so really good. A water bottle could be provided as a compliment it would have been really helpful. PS : i know all the staffs are rude while dealing with their passengers but a simple pleasant talk would be nic.
The bus was 35 mins late but we never received any update regarding the same and when we did board the bus the staff was being rude. The bus however did make it to the destination on time and the ride was comfortable.
