1- we were waiting for the bus in chengalpet bus stand as per the details printed on ticket. we reached at 10.30 pm after wards we recieved a message to contact a person regarding the bus details and we called him & spoke he informed us to come near toll gate which was 3-4km from busstand thats also not a problem we went in a auto and spent Rs.150.00. 2.The time mentioned in the ticket was 11.00pm but standing near the tollgate that too in the latenight is a difficult task at last the bus reached toll gate at 01.40am we asked about the delay they are not even responding properly. 3.While entering the bus we informed the cleaner/conductor who was sitting on the left side of the bus that we have to go to chinnasalem and we have booked the ticket upto chinnasalem we went and took our seat. 4.We were shocked in the morning around 6.45am that we were asked to get down from the bus at salem and afterwards we came to know that the distance from salem to chinnasalem is 82km which in bus it takes more than 2 hours. 5.We had planned to attend a marriage in the morning so only we searched and booked the ticket in this particular bus but we reached the hall at 10.10am when all our relatives are going to vacate the hall. 6.After spending so much cost for booking the bus (Rs.1269.00) unnecessarily we have to spend a cost of Rs.150.00 for auto and Rs.85.00 for bus to reach our destination ie., chinnasalem. 7.Sorry to tell all the things in detail but what to do its all our pain that why we have expressed every thing and a very good experience not to book a ticket in such a bus and very painful journey in the THARAI travels
