Very poor service by Patel Travels. Ac was not working properly. When informed the staff about it he replied rudely saying the ac is like this only. He stopped for dinner at 1 am midnight. When I told him to stop early he said he will not and do what ever you want. Bus was in very bad condition. Water falling from the Ac. Rude staff. In short pls do not book in any of Patel Travels Bus. I had no option so had to book.
