I am really disappointed with the services provided by bus . . Reason for delay - they are taking local passengers throughout the journey and stopping @ any place . They have made this bus a local bus which you have posted in your Red Bus portal as AC BUS 2*2. Lot of other issues :- 1) This is AC bus but they have switched on only for 2 times yesterday after saying and rest of the time it is off. Still it is off. We have already asked so many times but it seems they dont care. 2) Behaviour of bus operator is as usual too rude. 3) Seats are not up to our satisfaction 4) people are smoking cigg inside the bus , vomiting etc...looks like no body cares. After facing so many issues I will definitely not go in this bus again and also I'll file complain against Red Bus to show wrong information in their app or website. I would really appreciate if you guys please look into this matter and if possible refund my amount . Bus details :- UP 75 M 7650 Time :- 1.30pm(16th Nov) Bhilwara to 8.30 am(17th Nov) Pune
