The Condition of Bus on Road was very poor. No Chilling system of A/C was working properly. No proper security / Identification was taken of Languages for which my Languages was exchanged with other passenger for which I had to wait for 3 Hours at Hyderabad Bus Depote to get back my Languages.
No punctuality and no good manners from staff. Collected fair for sleeper bus and in middle they change bus to semi sleeper. I have taken a ticket for sleeper a/c bus, but in the middle bus got problem so they bought semi sleeper bus and made us to shift. Later after travelling certain distance the semi sleeper bus has stopped on high way saying diesel is over. so they 're crossing highway roads with buckets to buy diesel from pump. It's ridiculous to experience such a worst journey trip. NO IMPORTANCE FOR TIME OF PASSENGERS. I missed my flight because of delayed.. I QUIT REDBUS SERVICE from today.
