This is not good response by Jay khodiyar travels.
It was a pathetic one. my boarding was from Chakli Circle at 10:30 PM. I was following-up with the agent (No.9925845612), at 10:45 i got a call from the bus driver that the bus will not be entering the city and i need to come to outer city ( about 10 kms) from my designated pick-up point. It was disappointing to hear this.... i had to pay more to auto than the ticket value of the bus...and even at the new pick-up point the bus was 40 mins late. on inquiring from locals i found out that the route has been altered for past two months. I just want to ask that why the booking was made by promising false pick-up points and the same was confirmed several times during discussion on the number above. This is a serious matter and I urge RedBus to look into this !!!
