I was travelling from Baroda to Mount Abu Road on 12th Night with my wife and 18 months old baby daughter.Bus was late by over 2hours.This information we got when we called driver. No prior information thru sms or call.Driver kept insisting to reach highway as he wanted to save time from entering city to pick us up from said pick up point. It was said to be Neeta Travels but bus was of Shri Laxmi Travels & Money charged was very high compared to the bus.It felt like i was cheated. Also neither driver or helper called us to get down at said drop off point. We were dropped on highway near some dhabba @ 2:30 AM
Bus came 4 hrs late. No alternate bus arrangements. Wait 4 hours for bus in the night with family in such cold weather. We will not book any ticket again through redbus
