I booked a ticket for single birth from amravati to dhule. I was told in the message sent by redbus to arrive at the pickup point at 11.55 but when I reached pick up point I came to know that the usual bus timing is 01AM. SECONDLY AFTER BOARDING THE BUS I SEE THAT THAT MY SEAT NUMBER WAS ALOTTED TO SOME ANOTHER PERSON WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTIFICATION. I EXPECT THAT THERED BUS CARES FOR IT'S CUSTOMERS AND WILL TAKE NECESSARY STEPS TO RECTIFY SUCH PROBLEM.
The bus is neet and clean. Safe for travel for ladies. Service is BEST.
