My ticket was from Ambaji to Baroda. But the bus was terminated at Ahmedabad and we were provided a different bus for travel from there to Baroda. The reason learnt was there were not enough passengers from Baroda onwards. It caused hardships (1) bus travelled at least one hour extra in Ahmedabad to reach Gujarat Travels buses parking area to facilitate change. It had left left at 12 noon in place of 11 am and reached Baroda past 8.30 pm in place of 5 pm as in ticket due to change. (2) staff behaviour in bus Ambaji to Ahmedabad was very bad. There was not a word of sorry fo change and we were curtly asked to change as if that was the plan. Even staff did not help in transfer of luggage when requested (we carried lot of small bags)
