We were late to reach Surat by one hour due to various reasons like tyre puncture, petrol refilling, routine breaks etc. I expected that reaching Ahmedabad would get delayed at-least by an hour too. That was the normal experience i had on various bus travels. But to my surprise the driver was fully aware of the delay, didn't take it casually and ensured that we reached Ahmedabad junction exactly at 3.30 pm. The extra rating is only for the driver...Great effort by the bus team..All were well behaved and bus was clean..Kudos and Keep it up..
